Where do I put in the discount code? 

- After you added what you want in the cart, you can find a button that says "Coupon". Click here and add the discount code. If you need help, just contact us on info@wearefit.com. You can also just finish the order without discount code and we will refund it later, no matter if the code is not valid anymore, as long as you sent the email while it was still valid. 

Discount code is not working? 

This can be of one of the following reasons: 

- Normally you cannot use discount code on top of already discounted items. Only if the offer says so. 

- You can only use one discount code in one order. 

- Don´t forget to click «OK» to activate your discount code.

How can I change something on the order I already paid for? 

- Send us an email on info@wearefit.com and we will change if we did not already print and send your order. Our warehouse normally print out very fast so we might not be able to change after it is sent. But we always offer 30 days refund without ask if you return products. 



How do I find the correct size? 

- You will find sizechart in our website. you can always send us an email and we can guide you based on what you normally wear to! Contact us on info@wearefit.com. In the product text you can normally find text that says what we recommend. If you choose wrong size, it is very easy to return and get a new one so don't worry we are always here to help you!

- No, we dont offer free return.  

How long time will it take before you return my money? 

- It will take some time for the package to arrive to our warehouse. Then our team is processing returns as fast as they can. You will get an email from our team when your money is returned or new items shipped (change of products/sizes)

How do I change products/size? 

- If your want to return or change size, just contact us and we will explain how easy it is and what you do :) Info@wearefit.com. If you want your new products fast, you can put in a new order now and return the items and get money back after. That is the fastest way to do it. 



Your product is damaged? 

If something is wrong with your product, just contact us and we will help you. to speed up the process, send us a picture in the first email and a good explanation. Contact us on info@wearefit.com. 

Remember to contact us right away when you notice the damage. If you contact us to late then we can´t accept the complaint.

- Ordernumber

- Your full name (same as when you ordered)

- Product name if you know that

- Attach good pictures that shows the problem
