How long it's the delivery time?

The delivery time for standard delivery is 1-5 working days, calculated from the working day after you place your order. We ship with the fastest option. Some periods can take 5-7 working days as there may be delays with our partner Helt Hjem.

our package will first and foremost appear in your mailbox if there is room for it. If it does not fit or your address is not supported by Postnord Home Small, you will receive an SMS that the package will be delivered to the nearest Postnord delivery point. Remember to check that the delivery information in your order confirmation matches the information in your mailbox and that your mailbox is well marked. We sometimes experience that packages are returned due to them being picked up or unknown addresses.

You always have a 100-day right of withdrawal, calculated from the day you received the package. We don't ask questions, because we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want to keep you as a customer and you will be well taken care of!

 

Exchange or return an item?

Sometimes items are not as expected, or the size is wrong. All you have to do is fill in the return form that you have received via e-mail (considering the environment). If you can not find it via e-mail, attach a note indicating whether you want money in return or what you want to change to (product name, quantity and size). Also write clearly the full name, address, account number and preferably the date when you placed the order or order number. If there is a space, we will contact you to solve this quickly and easily.

If you want to change, you have two options:

1. Place a new order for what you want to buy. At the same time send the product you want to exchange with us and write in the package that you want money in return and that you have already placed a new order. This way you get your product home faster and you do not have to sell the product / size you want. As soon as we receive your item, we will notify Klarna that the amount will be refunded, any invoice will be credited.

2. Send the product in return together with the return form and explain what you want to exchange for as above. Please note that it takes 1-14 working days from you send until we receive in our warehouse. We process returned goods continuously, processing time varies. We send out a new product and it then takes 1-5 working days before you receive. We point out that there can be delays sometimes.

NOTE: Packages sent as registered will not be picked up and sent back to the sender because it is a very expensive return solution. Such fees are not accepted.

REMEMBER to check that your address is correct. This is so that the delivery company can pick up correctly.

Criteria for return?

Remember that you as a customer are responsible for the return to our warehouse in a safe way. Feel free to use the packaging in which we sent your goods, possibly buy or use something else. It is important that the packaging can withstand weather and wind.

Criteria for obtaining an approved return: The product can be tested to see that the size is correct, but should not be used and the product must have the packaging on.

To get the full amount refunded, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received the item. The product must not have been washed, smelled, been dirty or had make-up stains. If packaging, label or product does not appear as new, it is not approved as return. You will then be offered a reduced return because we can no longer sell the product. If you do not accept our offer within 14 days, we will invoice you for the product.
