Please note that some periods with sale, campaign, collection drop our delivery time can increase. With that said, We Are Fit Warehouse has the policy that the sooner the better! We usually ship the same day if possible. We know how hard it is to wait for an order! We want you to get your package as soon as possible so you can get to know us! You will love our quality and fittings! 

We offer Worldwide shipping at a fair price. We never stop argue pricing and delivery time. In fact we would deliver this in person if we lived closer together!  

We will ship your order to the delivery adress you gave us at the time of ordering. Please make sure this is the correct address, if not contact us immediately. If you give us a wrong delivery address we need to wait for the package to return to us. We will ship it again and charge you for the new freight. 
We take no responsibility for packages that will be lost due to this situation. Usually this is never a problem. 

Our delivery time depends on your location. We ship from Norway with the following expected delivery time:
1-5 business days if you have a Norwegian adresse.

2-15 business days if you have a European adresse.

4-15 business days to the rest of the world. 

Please note that extra delivery time can occur with your local custom office. 

Freight carrier: Posten/Bring, Helthjem/PostNord, DHL and TNT.

Subcontractors can occur. 

SHIPPING FEES

We would never charge you more than we have to! 

Shipping cost to Norway: 29 NOK, Free of charge if your order is over 800 NOK

Shipping cost rest of the world: 7 EUR, 9 USD, 70 NOK.

Free shipping in the rest of the world for orders over 120 USD, 120 EUR, 800 NOK.

You might not find your country in the list, please contact us so we can try to fix it! 

Please note that local taxes and other charges may occur when shipping outside Norway.

RETURNS

Do you want to Cancel, Exchange or return a order?

We have a 14 days policy from you received your order!  
During Christmas we always increase this period. Items purchased between November 16 th. and December 24 th can be returned or exchanged within January 5 th or the following business day.  

Some items like bikini, swimwear cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic reasons.

Return policy

-Return your product within 14 days (read about extended period in X-mas season below). 

- The product must be in new condition with tags still attached and in it´s original bag.

- The return is made at your own cost. Please send with a safe method. We take no responsibility for goods that don´t show up in our warehouse.

- To avoid an complications mark the package RETURNED GOODS and fill out the return paper that was sent to you by e-mail (we take care of the environment and will not send out return paper in all orders). If you can´t print this, just put a regular paper in the return goods with the same information as the one we sent to you.  

- You can switch to another size or item if you want. We will contact you if there is any additional funds needed, or if we need to refund some of the original amount. If you want this to happen soon as possible you can just send your items in return and ask us for a refund and at the same time order a new item from our webshop. You will then save many days of waiting for your returned goods to be handled. 

- If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

- If the returned product/products is dirty (make-up, smell from perfume etc) or damaged we might not refund you the whole purchase amount.

Cancel policy

According to the Distance Selling Regulation you always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Always keep your receipt from the postoffice until we have sent you a confirmation that your returning goods is in our safe hands. 

Once you have notified us about the cancellation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 business days of your cancellation.

The return is made at your own cost once you have made the cancellation of the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge of not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods.

COMPLAINTS

If you want to make a complaint contact us here as soon as the damages is noticed, but not later than 7 days after delivery.

When a complaint is made an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back you need to show proof of the defect, preferably a picture.

If the complaint is accepted we will pay the return cost.
